40mls Daffy’s

15mls Rose ver­mouth

25mls fresh lemon

15mls grenadine

25mls egg white

2 dash­es rose water

Top with franklin and sons straw­ber­ry

Shake, serve straight up in coupet­te. Gar­nish with 3 rose buds in cen­tre and cracked black pep­per, voilà!
