  • 15mls Rose vermouth
  • 25mls fresh lemon
  • 15mls grenadine
  • 25mls egg white
  • 2 dashes rose water
  • Top with franklin and sons strawberry

Method

Shake, serve straight up in coupette. Garnish with 3 rose buds in centre and cracked black pepper, voilà!
