My names Adam Ball and I’m born and bred in Bristol, my wife was diagnosed with coeliac disease so it really pushed me to make food that she could eat and still be amazing tasting, it all started from there really. I then stared trying to make all different foods and found gluten free food doesn’t have to be daunting! I now enjoy pushing myself to see what I can make next.
