 Born in Scotland, raised in Spain. With around 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in restaurants in Spain to good old Bonnie Scotland where it kickstarted my career. My passion for food started at a very young age, from getting a real buzz out of working in a busy kitchen to seeing the happy faces enjoying the meals I’ve cooked, which has encouraged me to start up my own private dining company Dine 4 guest.
