Cooking was never something I thought I would do when I was younger, it was something I fell into, then instantly fell in love with. Working for Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal along the way and other Michelin Starred Restaurants like the Latymer helped shape me into the chef I am today. I also appeared on Masterchef the Professionals in 2018 and went all the way to the Final 10 Chefs. 6 months after the opening of The Tudor Pass we gained our Michelin Star.
