Andrew is a head pastry chef from Cardiff. In 2021 he took part in the channel 4 show ‘Bake Off: the Professionals’ and along with his on-screen partner Michael, the Cardiff duo took home the crown for the second year for the city.
Since the show, he’s gone on to be promoted to head pastry chef, along with traveling around the country teaching the next generation of students in colleges and doing afternoon tea and taster menu pop ups, it has been a pretty busy year.
