Originally from Mumbai, a vibrant city renowned for its diverse culture and famous street food, I grew up immersed in a rich tapestry of culinary traditions from across India. This early exposure to various regional cuisines sparked my passion for food, which I carried with me to Edinburgh to begin my career in hospitality.

I have had the privilege of working at some of the world’s most iconic properties, including Sandals Resorts in St. Lucia and, most recently, Adare Manor in Ireland. With a wealth of international experience, I bring a refined touch to modern Indian cuisine, blending traditional flavours with contemporary techniques.

My long-standing family heritage, steeped in culinary tradition, has deeply influenced my approach to cooking. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I now delight in combining the outstanding Scottish larder with the vibrant flair of my Indian heritage, creating a unique and elevated dining experience.
