Anthony Billon was first introduced to the British public via MasterChef: The Professionals when he competed on the series in 2021, although his career began long before this. He started his journey as an apprentice at Gauthier in Soho before moving to France for a few years to refine his skills. A four-year stint at Sketch saw Anthony refine his trade even further, before securing a role as head chef at Michelin-starred The Goring Dining Room at just 30 years old.
