I started as a home baker in lockdown after missing my native country’s bakes, and what started as a hobby developed into a full-fledged obsession with pastries, and I am now running a very busy commercial kitchen in Cardiff on Whitchurch road.
The bakery is split between running pop-ups, providing baking workshops to all inspiring bakers, stocking bakes with a handful of carefully chosen partners, and running collections from our kitchen several times a month. I learned everything from YouTube and cookbooks for the first couple of years but as time went on, I was lucky to cross paths with renowned & talented bakers who allowed me to further my training in Paris and in other UK bakeries.
