I am Thai, born in a small town in the North called Lampang. Cooking has always been my passion. From a very young age I was fascinated by how my grandmother created tasty and aromatic dishes from those simple fresh ingredients. I now, with many years in restaurant management and a life time of catering experience, am ready to share my passion of Thai cuisine.
