Calum Montgomery is the Chef-Owner of Edinbane Lodge in the Isle of Skye. A Michelin Recommended, 3 AA Rosette, 5 Star Luxury Restaurant with rooms.
Calum took over the Lodge in late 2017. The historic building, which dates back to 1543, underwent a full 9-month refurbishment before reopening in August 2018. Calum was chosen to represent Scotland on the 2022 series of BBC’s Great British Menu and was most recently awarded a 5/5 cooking score from Hardens Best Restaurant Guide.
Commenting on joining the line-up for Foodies Festival 2022, Calum said, “I’m looking forward to making the journey down to Glasgow to cook at the festival. I trained here at the City of Glasgow College and worked along the road at One Devonshire Gardens. This time I want bring “a Taste of Skye” to the festival with me.”
