Carla is the Head Chef of The Seacliff Restaurant, recently awarded 3 AA Rosettes and listed in the Michelin Guide. She started in kitchens at the age of 14, later moving to London and earning a Certificate of Excellence from Pierre Koffman. She featured on MasterChef in 2018. She loves working in Devon for the abundance of amazing local produce.
