Chris set up Henstone Distillery in 2016 and distillation commenced in 2017. Having previously worked for more than 40 years in Telecoms and IT this was a real adventure to say the least! The first distillations were whisky but the first products to market were gin. The business was restructured in 2023, relocated in 2024, and has won numerous awards including Distillery of the Year three times!! He was joined by his son Henry in 2021.
