St Albans resident, Crishi White, is the founder of The White Lotus Cake Company established in 2019. As well as being a self-taught cake creator, she runs private and corporate workshops to help others up-skill their fondant decorating techniques, with a focus of mindfulness and wellbeing.
Specialising in showstopper layer cakes, she has created edible art for celebrities and local residents alike, utilising her attention-to-detail to make every creation a star bake!
