Dan Ashmore is the group executive chef of the Dean Banks restaurant group, looking after all things kitchen related for the growing group. His previous experiences at Gleneagles, The Pompadour by Galvin, Number One at The Balmoral, Restaurant Tom Aikens, The Square and Fischers at Baslow Hall are all key inspirations to how he manages his teams across a wide variety of restaurants all with varying styles.
Dan’s kitchen philosophy is that chefs cook best when they are having fun, he uses that in his day to day work to ensure the teams are always performing at their best.
