Born and raised in Southampton, Chef Dan has an unrivaled passion for our city and the culinary industry. He believes that with his skill and knowledge, Southampton can be brought into the spotlight of the UK’s dining scene.

Due to his father’s success in the industry, Daniel has been obsessed with fine dining since his early teenage years and has gone on to hone his culinary skills and keen eye for detail in some of the UK’s best restaurants.

With Restaurant AO, the standards are set very high because that’s what Daniel knows best. The mission is to elevate the standards of the food offerings and service in our city.
