Daniela Izquierdo is a private chef and cookery tutor based in Cambridge, originally from Ecuador. She trained at the prestigious Whitepepper Cookery School in Dorset, where she graduated with distinction — a rare honour awarded to only two students in 2024. Daniela specialises in Latin American cuisine, fusing bold traditional flavours with European techniques, especially Italian and French. She also draws influence from Asian cuisines including Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese. Her hands-on workshops are well-loved in Cambridge, especially among pasta enthusiasts, and this July she will be hosting a new series focused on Latin American cooking.
