I am a Belgian born Vegan Executive Pastry Chef, worked in 5-star hotels in the UK and abroad.
I am actually Tutor at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School. I also run online classes for beginners and more advanced students. I created a range of vegan desserts based upon taste and presentation. Author of a cookbook “Vegans deserve better than a fruit salad”, my aim is to convince people vegan desserts are easy to make, taste yummy and look fantastic!
