Co-Founder & Chef of Celentano’s, Dean Parker, started his career in London where he worked for almost 20 years. During his time in London, he also travelled to Copenhagen for a stage at Amass as well as taking some time to cook in Italy. He left his position of executive chef at Darby’s, London to open Celentano’s in Glasgow, an Italian inspired restaurant, with his wife Anna in 2021. Dean has a serious passion for cooking and baking, with a focus on fermentation, preservation, nose to tail and zero waste. Celentano’s was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand just 6 months after opening.
