Elena Frattura is a chef and co-owner of Rottura, an Italian-inspired restaurant in Brentford, West London. Professionally trained in leading UK kitchens, she gained national recognition as a quarter-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2021. Inspired by her Italian heritage and shaped by global culinary experience, Elena creates seasonal, Mediterranean-led menus centred on small plates, fresh pastas, and vibrant flavours.
