Passionate about cooking with premises in both Old Street and Fitzrovia, London, their menus present authentic, regional Italian recipes created with inspiring cooking techniques to ensure every seasonal dish is full of flavour, texture and richness. Creating delicious authentic food is a way of life for most Italians and it is this belief in the importance of social eating and the pleasure of sharing their skills with others that has led the duo to launching their artisanal pasta workshops.
