Fang-Yu Lin, a Taiwanese pastry chef, embarked on her culinary journey at Le Cordon Bleu in London, where she honed her skills in the art of pastry-making. Following her studies, Fang-Yu gained invaluable experience working in various hotels and cake shops, both in the bustling streets of London and the vibrant culinary scene of Taipei. Now settled in Bath, Fang-Yu proudly serves as the owner and head pastry chef of Sugarcane Studio. Specializing in French patisserie infused with the vibrant flavors of East Asia, Sugarcane Studio has become renowned for its unique blend of tradition and innovation. From delicate macarons boasting flavors like Oolong and Osmanthus, Black Sesame, to Matcha-infused delights, each creation reflects Fang-Yu’s dedication to craftsmanship and her passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences.
