Florence Wilson, Head Chef of Little Hollows Pasta.  After 9 years in London, including 5 years with the Ramsay Group, Florence moved to Bristol and started work at Little Hollows. A small independent restaurant with a focus on handmade pasta and small plates using the best ingredients and suppliers we can find with a focus on delicious food and a casual dining experience.
