In May 2018 Gordon Stott started his first solo pub and opened The Purefoy Arms in the pretty village of Preston Candover. The 45 cover restaurant underwent a major refurbishment to reflect Gordons vision of a Modern British pub.

The regularly changing menu contains such things as your usual pub classics with a modern twist to the 7 course tasting menu with matching wine, the tasting menu really showcases what Gordon and his team can produce.
