Grace is a vegan baker who now specialises in food demonstrations, though previously she ran market stalls and catered for events with her scones. Scones are her passion; who doesn’t love a cream tea?! Grace has a recipe book published, The Little Book of Scones (Square Peg Random House, 2013), which also got released in Italian in 2017 -sharing her recipes with others gives her so much joy, and she loves swapping scone baking tips with other sconnoisseurs.
