Guillaume, a French chef, Native from Nice who came to London more than 10 years ago, working for renowned chefs, Alain Ducasse and Joel Robuchon. Then opened a hotel and restaurant for Accor hotel. At Bokan, he worked for over 5 years, starting as Sous chef and ending up Executive Head Chef. He opened his food truck, La Roulotte by Magica with Jean-Charles, Maitre d’hotel whom he met at Bokan a few years ago.
