Jacobs love for food began growing up in the streets of Madrid. The palette of spirituality and depth was found here. Eventually settling in Edinburgh, Scotland to master his craft in the kitchen.
Jacob, now 28, has taken his experience into businesses including marketing, photography, consultancy, street food stalls & takeaways. Creating brands such as Gyoza God (@gyozagodchef), Ozen Street Food & The UK’s Best Mac & Cheese.
