James Golding is Head of Food Education for Table Talk Foundation, a Sussex based charity with a goal to get children cooking. James spearheads the development of educational initiatives, including workshops, courses, and resources that will empower children to make informed choices about their food, improve their cooking skills, and understand the broader impact of their food choices on the environment.

With a CV that includes The Savoy, Le Caprice, J Sheekey and Soho House New York, James has honed his culinary skills in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens. He joins Table Talk Foundation from highly-rated boutique hotel operator The Pig Group where he was Chef Director.

He has also spent many years working closely with Bournemouth and Poole College’s Specialised Chefs’ Scholarship apprentices and is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts as well as being the Chairman of its sustainability committee.
