Hey everyone I’m James Skelton. You may recognise me from my appearance on Masterchef Series 18. I’m a passionate cook who also happens to be a PGA Golf Professional. If hearty food and banging flavours are your thing, then you are in luck.
Since my appearance on Masterchef I have been running a private dining business providing quality food in the comfort of people’s own homes, as well as restaurant takeovers hen parties, birthdays & supper clubs. I love trying out new ingredients and dishes , but I always have a soft spot for Italian cuisine & any pasta dishes.
