Jay has worked as a chef for 25 years predominantly in fine dining. Since purchasing the Dartmoor Inn in July 2019 he has now moved his focus onto a more casual, relaxed dining, with his cooking rooted in classic techniques, big flavours and using the best local and fresh ingredients.
