Josh has thirteen years’ experience in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Kitchen W8, Murano by Angela Hartnett, and La Trompette, as well as for celebrity private clients including the Beckham family and Tom Cruise. Focusing on modern European cuisine underpinned by an ethos of generosity, Joshua creates mouthwatering dishes of outstanding quality, taking inspiration from fresh, seasonal ingredients. He creates dishes that prioritise flavour and combine his passion for British game and wild food – he simply wants to cook food people really want to eat.
