Kanthi has been part of some very successful ventures in Brighton, starting from Curry Leaf Cafe, Easy Tiger, Palmito and currently acclaimed The Spice Circuit Kitchen. Apart from these, he runs chef-led food tours to South Asia, teaches cooking lessons at the community kitchen, hosts pop-ups across Europe, and makes Spice Circuit gin, which won the Great Taste Award, along with Brighton Gin.
