Katy Truss is an expert in finding artisan and speciality food; championing outstanding small and independent food and drink producers, brands and start-ups. She is a food writer, with work in BBC Good Food and Olive Magazines, live presenter and host at food shows and festivals, reviewer, and judge for the Great Taste and Quality Food Awards.
Katy is the owner of Fabulous Food Finds, which connects amazing artisan and speciality food and drink producers with food professionals, journalists, chefs and foodies. She writes reviews and articles, creates fun but informative videos and posts, presents live guided tastings across the country and sends out a quarterly food and drink subscription box too.
Katy is based in North Norfolk and shares her local food and drink finds along with those from across the UK. She is a keen home cook, having grown up in her family’s pubs and restaurants, and loves eating out, cookery programmes and cookbooks, and regularly visits food markets and festivals to discover new and interesting food, drink and the people behind it too.
