Kieren Steinborn-Busse

Kieren Steinborn-Busse trained at The Goring before working under Marco Pierre White at Quo Vadis and then Alain Ducasse at The Sanderson. He was part of the original team to open St Martin’s Lane Hotel and Asia de Cuba under Ritchard Phillips and went on to become the head chef of Thackeray’s in Tunbridge Wells where the restaurant was awarded a Michelin Start under his watch in 2002.

Kieren now runs his own restaurant, The Falcon in Buntingford, where he continues his passion serving great British food.
