Tŷ Melin Bakery is a family run bakery in Cardiff, run by Lance Gardner and Angharad Conway. We specialise in bread, cakes and pastries. Chosen by the Telegraph as one of the best bakeries in the UK 2024, the only one in Wales! We have 3 shops, a shop in Cardiff at Bayscape Marina. The second shop is on Wellfield Rd, and our third shop in Abergavenny.
