A creative, innovative and highly skilled chef, Liam has learnt his craft whilst working at some of the top restaurants and kitchens in the UK. 

Having just rejoined as head chef at food Leigh-on-Sea, Liam leads the kitchen in all aspects of its creative no menu setup.
