Mark McCabe is the Head Chef and Co-Owner of The Ethicurean Restaurant.

Having previously worked at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage, Mark has gathered a huge amount of experience in seasonal eating and sustainable dining. The Ethicurean has recently been awarded for their commitment to those practices with a Michelin Green Star in 2021.
