My love for baking started at a very young age and it was a career path I knew I always wanted to pursue. Having spent a few years working in various restaurants I decided to start my own company and at 27 I started Buzzy Bee. I attended Artizan markets every weekend and built up an amazing customer base. Then Covid hit and I brought the business online and throughout the whole of Covid I baked hundreds of Brookies and sent orders out all across the UK. Towards the end of Covid I decided to open up my own shop and I found the perfect spot in Wilmslow where we have continued to be busy every weekend selling lots of sweet bakes.
