Molly is one of the co-owners of Daisy & Bean, a queer-focused bakery and cafe in the heart of Bath. As well as serving cakes, cookies, brunch and specialty coffee, Daisy & Bean creates custom celebration cakes to order. Daisy & Bean opened in April 2023 as the first sober, queer space in Bath and has since become an integral part of the community. The cafe runs fundraisers, events and clubs to raise money for gender-affirming care, as well as to bring people together to find friendship and support. Since opening, Daisy & Bean has been featured in Gay Times magazine, and also won Bath Life Awards Best New Business 2024.
