Olivia Boyes, a self-taught baker from Tunbridge Wells, embarked on a remarkable culinary journey nearly two decades ago when she developed an allergy to eggs. Determined to still be able to indulge in her favourite treats without compromising her health, Olivia delved into the world of allergen-free baking, leading to the creation of Olli’s Cakes. What started as a labour of love for friends and family blossomed into a thriving small business, driven by the mantra, “Everyone Deserves Cake!”

Olivia lovingly bakes personalised celebration and wedding cakes, meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs and passions of each recipient. Her creations span a spectrum of dietary requirements, offering both traditional and allergen-free options.

As the popularity of a plant-based diet surged in recent years, Olivia embraced the challenge, expanding her repertoire to include an array of vegan and free-from versions of her signature bakes. This has resulted in a menu where nearly every flavour is available in dairy-free, gluten-free, plant-based, or a combination, ensuring that no one misses out on the joy of delicious baked goods.
