Peter has been cooking since the mid 90’s, training in his native Ireland before going on to work in many fine dining restaurants in Europe, and Australia.
Taking a break from restaurants Peter took a position as the personal chef for a Saudi sheikh having the opportunity to visit some of the best markets throughout the world.
Upon moving to Glasgow Peter met Ivan who became his buisness partner and together they opened The Gannet in 2013.
Over the years the Gannet has become something of a Glasgow institution, constantly evolving into the fine dining restaurant it is now known as.
