Petty Elliott is an Indonesian food writer, chef and consultant based in Cambridgeshire for the last 6 years. Petty has held in various positions in Indonesia including executive chef at Nihi Sumba before relocating to UK. Her latest book, The Indonesian Table published last April by Phaidon.
Her credits as a contributor or in interviews include Conde Nast travel, the Guardian, the Waitrose magazine, Country & Town House, BBC Good Food Podcast and National Geographic magazine UK, LA time (US), Delicious magazine (Australia), Destin Asian (Indonesia).
