Opened in 2001 and set in the historic Grade II listed former Westminster Library, The Cinnamon
Club has transformed Indian cuisine in the UK and beyond. Led by Executive Chef Vivek Singh,
the fine-dining restaurant elevates Indian food through elegance and creativity, combining
seasonal British produce with traditional Indian spices and techniques.
Rakesh Ravindran Nair (Group Development & Training Chef) and Hari Nagaraj (Operations
Manager) have been part of The Cinnamon Collection since its conception, previously serving as
Head Chefs at The Cinnamon Club and other restaurants in the group. With a shared passion for
Indian flavours, they have been instrumental in developing some of the signature dishes that
have established The Cinnamon Club as a leading institution over 25 years.
