What started as a one woman show, baking in her tiny flat kitchen during lockdown has flourished into a thriving business in just 18 months.
Alongside her small team, Rhiain Gordon (aka the Babyfaced Baker) supplies to cafes all over Edinburgh and posts bakes UK wide every week. They’re best known for their vegan buns, stuffed cookies and Cruffins – there’s always some seasonal bakes to be found at their bakery on Leith Walk.
