Rob Baker-Gall is the multi-award-winning cake decorator and baker behind Mr Baker’s Cake School: the Cooking, Baking and Cake Decorating Academy in Fareham, Hampshire. In this stunningly renovated and completely immersive learning environment, Rob offers all sorts of classes, from stay-and-messy-play sessions for preschoolers, after school clubs and holiday playschemes for school-age children, a whole variety of baking and cake decorating classes for adults and even baking experience days inspired by some of your favourite TV shows.
In addition to his in-person classes, Rob also works with a whole variety of brands and organisations, including BBC Food, BBC Studios, Kenwood, Renshaw, Rainbow Dust, Bakofoil and more, producing regular recipes and tutorials. He regularly demonstrates at food events and trade shows all over the UK, and also hosts a weekly cooking show for children, in partnership with Kenwood.
The winner of Cake Masters Magazine’s Rising Star Award 2022, Rob is passionate about encouraging individuals of all ages to get creative in the kitchen and helping them discover a love of baking and cake decorating.
