I was honoured to be a MasterChef UK Finalist in 2025, an experience that strengthened my passion for sharing great food. Having grown up in Thailand, my cooking is deeply rooted in authentic Thai flavours. Although after living in the UK for a decade, I love adding subtle Western twists and experimenting to create dishes that feel both familiar and exciting.
For me, food is all about connection, and at the festival, I’ll be sharing my passion for vibrant flavours and simple, soulful cooking that brings people together.
