Samuel Squires is a professional chef who has worked in various kitchens around the Uk. From the Grove to The Ritz in London before heading abroad to work for a 3 Michelin Starred chef and then onto yachts and cruise ships. Returning to the Uk to head Fine Dining at the Hibiscus restaurant in Northampton. It was here that he went on to win Wheatbix Chef of the Year, Restaurant of the Year, Business of the Year, Food and Beverage of Year and Rosettes. Finally putting down roots in Oxfordshire at The Old Crown Coaching Inn in Faringdon as Head Chef.
