Essex-born Tom Booton began his career at just 15 and quickly got a taste for life in fine dining restaurants. After travelling the world to experience new cuisines, he rejoined Alyn Williams at The Westbury, where he earned the coveted Acorn Award for his innovative menus. Tom is the youngest head chef in the history of The Grill at the Dorchester.
