Tom is the creative director of Crave Restaurants currently based in Exeter and Bristol. Also this year was on The Heat and looks forward to seeing everyone at the Foodies Festivals this year. Tom’s cooking style is fun and flavourful food with an influence on British produce and creating modern British dishes. At 21 years old Tom originally from South wales is in the driving seat with 2 restaurants and a up and coming media career but his favourite is live festivals with live crowds and don’t be shocked if Tom asks you to get involved in a demo!!
