Tom has been an integral part of the Heathcock kitchen team for a few years now, and has recently taken over the kitchen as Head Chef, helping promote the best of Welsh seasonal food in the Vale. We are so excited to give Tom the freedom and take the Heathcock’s food where he and co-owner Tom Watts-Jones want!
